I. Shipping Coverage
We currently offer shipping services only within the United States (including the contiguous 48 states and select deliverable regions). International shipping is not supported at this time.
II. Order Processing Time
All orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Custom linen curtain products may require additional production time (please refer to the specific product page for details).
Once processing is complete, tracking information will be generated and sent to the customer’s email address.
III. Shipping Methods and Partners
To ensure a reliable and efficient delivery experience, we partner with major U.S. shipping carriers, including but not limited to:
UPS (United Parcel Service)
FedEx (Federal Express)
USPS (United States Postal Service)
Our system automatically selects the most suitable carrier based on order weight, destination address, and shipping efficiency.
IV. Estimated Delivery Time
Standard delivery times within the U.S. are as follows (for reference only):
Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Remote Areas: 5–10 business days
Custom Products: Processing time + Shipping time (totaling approximately 7–15 business days)
Actual delivery times may be delayed due to weather conditions, holidays, or peak shipping seasons.
V. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are automatically calculated and displayed at checkout.
Free shipping may be available during certain promotional events (please refer to the promotion page for details).
Additional shipping fees may apply to remote areas; customers will be notified of this during checkout.
VI. Order Tracking
Once the order has shipped, the customer will receive a confirmation email containing the Tracking Number.
You can check the real-time shipping status via the official UPS, FedEx, or USPS websites.
VII. Responsibility for Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the provided shipping address, including:
Recipient’s name
Detailed street address
City, state, and ZIP code
We are not liable for delivery failures or delays resulting from incorrect address information.

We will make every effort to assist customers in communicating with the carrier to resolve any issues. IX. Lost or Damaged Packages
If a package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact customer service within 48 hours of receipt. We will assist in initiating an investigation with the logistics company and provide a solution (such as a replacement shipment or a refund, depending on the circumstances).
